SALT is an agile, multi-passionate branding and creative studio. We specialize in helping new or existing businesses and organizations to create meaningful, lasting brands of dynamism and trust. SALT is owned and run by Gill D'achada, who worked with top South African and Canadian agencies as Creative Director before starting her own bespoke business in 2016.

REBRANDING PROJECT
Revealing the true scope and genius of this company
We appreciated the opportunity to realign Chempure's brand to fully represent both the scope and the skill of this truly excellent business. The project involved a total rebranding, including the development of a new logo, corporate stationery, a new website, a company brochure and other marketing elements. The rebranding process coincided with an internal, all-in review and the result was a powerful internal campaign highlighting individual staff members and the vision, mission and values that the team holds to.
CONTEXTUALISING PROJECT
An inspirational and educational suite of training products, now in 11 languages
King's Cross Training approached us to help them contextualise their theological training to make it accessible at every level. The Big Picture was one of the results of that project. Elements included course concept, workbook, video production, children's curriculum and other course accessories.
TRAINING PRODUCT
An ongoing resource for team dynamics in business
SALT developed this unique personality and behavioural test in order to assist business and other, teams. It is based on the theology of design and the development of the human psyche. iCON helps you to know yourself and understand others and has already helped countless teams to work more effectively and harmoniously.
BRANDING
SALT is a bespoke branding agency. We prefer to work with just one client or project at a time. Gill deals personally with each client and curates a dream team of professionals around each project. Our focus is to help you create (or refresh) a brand that is authentic, powerful and tells your story truly. From strategy, through the writing and design process, to final production, we align every element for a consistent finish.
MARKETING
SALT brings 30 years' international experience to every marketing and promotional task. We undertake all the creative and strategic aspects of large and small-scale projects, working above, below and through the line. Our offering includes strategy, concept, copywriting, design, digital and social media campaigns.
TRAINING
Most branding or rebranding projects include an internal launch and training for staff and team members. In addition to brand-specific training, SALT has also developed a unique personality assessment called iCON. iCON helps individuals to understand themselves and team members to understand and celebrate one another. The end result is a team where each member is well placed to align with the strengths and challenges of his or her personality type - and where each member understands how to deal with others. iCON has also been used with success in sales and client service training.
CREATIVE STUDIO
SALT describes itself as a 'multi-passionate creative studio' and this is indeed a more accurate description than 'ad agency'. SALT is involved in a number of creative enterprises including international broadcast, video production, book writing and publishing and even, song writing.
